C. Worth is an American guitarist with releases on labels like Union Pole, Unread, Gertrude, and Almost Halloween Time. His playing is largely improvisational, emotional, and strongly informed by the role of the recording process itself in shaping the listener's experience.
Recorded several years ago, "Dirge for Beverly Jarosz" contemplates and dramatizes the long-unsolved murder of a young woman, turning over the contours of its circumstances, the weight of its tragedy, and the horror of its ultimate inexplicability.

Incredible work! Not precisely drone by my terms, but drone enough for me to say that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, which is why I love drone in the first place! Such nuanced, yet raw sounds! Highly recommended! I have no idea how this label finds such great and lesser known artists. TARANTULA FACE
