Pomoneは、Hugo Lioretによる4枚目の作品です。INA GRM(フランス国立視聴覚研究所・音楽研究グループ)での活動後に取り組んだこのプロジェクトは、Hugoのソニック・エボリューションとフランスのエレクトロ・アコースティックミュージックとの関係性を示す作品になっています。

Pomoneは、過去のサウンドと場所が交錯する関係性を表現しています。時間とともに、サウンドはどのように新しい意味を見つけていくのか。場所はサウンドにどのような痕跡を残していくのか。

Hugo Constantin Lioret (b. 1998) は、パリ在住の作曲家、音楽家である。

Pomone is Hugo Lioret's fourth release. After having had the opportunity to work at INA GRM, this project marks Hugo's sonic evolution and his relationship to French electroacoustic music. Some field recording and textures echo the work of Bernard Parmegiani.

Pomone expresses a relationship to past sounds and places crossed. How the perception of certain sounds is disturbed, finding new meanings by the passage of time? What trace does the place leave on the fixed sound? With this piece, Hugo wishes to decant the sounds in a bath of fluid and atmospheric forms to better reveal their poetic impact.
